ABOUT FESTIVAL
The Naked Wines Festival is a celebration of natural viticulture and honest craftsmanship. The wines you will taste come from grapes grown with respect for nature and processed without unnecessary chemicals or artificial additives.
The festival takes place twice a year. In the summer you can taste wines in the picturesque corners of Banská Štiavnica and in the autumn in the industrial environment of Bratislava's New Market. Winemakers from Slovakia and abroad meet in one place and bring unique wines where you can feel the soil, the variety and the people.

FROM GRAPES TO FESTIVAL
"Naked Wines is not just about wine. It's about an experience, a space, and people coming together for honest craft and pure taste."
festival organizer, Miro Lánik

The story of Naked Wines began long before the first festival. Alice Feiring's book is a manifesto for natural wines - it tells the story of grapes that have the freedom to transform into wine naturally, without embellishment or unnecessary intervention. For Miro, the book confirmed everything he himself felt and studied - that wine can be made purely, with respect for the land, the craft and people. It is precisely this feeling of connection that he transformed into the Naked Wines festival.
What is written in the book is transformed into a living, profound experience at the festival. Today, both the book and the Naked Wines festival are symbols of sincerity that create a bridge between man, nature, and wine.
