Project Restart was born from a desire to bring life and cultivation back to forgotten vineyards and orchards. I make wines, ciders and vinegars with minimal intervention - what the land yields is what goes into the bottle.

Kövesd was born in 2018 from the passion of two friends, Attila Sánta and Zoltán Varga. For us, natural wine is neither a dogma nor a trend, but a way of expressing the true character of our wine-growing region. We believe nature can never be fully understood or surpassed in its natural harmony - our role is simply to create the conditions for it to reveal itself.

Salvatore Marino’s project began in 2017, building on five generations of winemaking tradition in Pachino, Sicily. His traditional bush vines are farmed entirely by hand, with respect for biodiversity, the soil and the lunar calendar. Only mature organic manure and green manure are used for fertilisation.
